CUSTOMER SATISFACTION:

At Bumbleberry Home Ltd. we stand behind the quality of our items. Each order is carefully packaged and inspected before leaving our store. If you are for any reason not satisfied with your purchase, let us know within 3 days of receiving your order. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Bumbleberry Home Ltd. does not accept returns on any Standard Delivery Items. If you bought an item IN STORE and are not completely happy with it, bring it back WITHIN 10 days of purchase, with the receipt and you will be issued a full refund back onto your card, gift card, or cash. 

ONLINE ORDERS:

Online orders that chose local pick-up are expected to be picked up promptly, unless we are otherwise notified. Local pick-up orders will be sold if it sits longer than 2 months from purchase date in our store. No refunds. No exceptions. Proceeds to be donated to charity of our choice. This is non negotiable. 

HOLIDAY EXCHANGE POLICY:

We will extend our 7 day return policy to January 16 for any items bought December 26 and after. SALE ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. ITEMS BOUGHT WITH A GIFT CARD WILL BE REFUNDED BACK TO A GIFT CARD.

Anja Interiors: Vases/Pots from Anja Interiors that have shipped are non refundable. Vases/Pots bought in-store can be returned, and you will be issued a store credit.
